As a corporate wellness company focusing on remote wellness facilitating incredibly comprehensive wellness classes and activities virtually for teams across the world is the goal. By blending technology with some of the world’s leading teachers, organizational wellness is promoted through fostering team building, reducing workplace stress and creating healthier workplace environments.  These classes are 30-60 minutes per session. Each class includes:

• 30-60 minute interactive session with a pre-vetted expert speaker.
• Q/A with expert after the session
• On-Demand HD event recordings
• Digital takeaway resources for all attendees.

Each wellness activity must be booked for a minimum of 25 people.

1. Choose Your Activity! Pick the duration of your event (30, 45 or 60 minutes). After you've booked this experience, such as the following:

2. Let Us Host: Our expert will walk the group through an interactive session within the chosen activity. In our signature Happied style, your experience comes with our curated activations and specially trained hosts to ensure your event is “actually fun.”

When we host, we take care of it all including setting up the virtual room, preparing the Save the Date, and handling RSVP registration.
